The Recruiting Coordinator provides support services to a variety of recruiting activities including but not limited to, requisition creation, offer generation, interview scheduling, background check administration. You will also be the point person for candidates, employees and managers for immigration questions they may have around the Visa, PERM and green card processes. You will work with outside legal counsel to review and/or collect responses to their questions. In addition, you will be working with a variety of technology solutions from Excel, to SAP and Oracle. Our technological solutions are expected to expand overtime so your ability to adjust and adapt to change is very key to this role. On a seasonal basis you will have the opportunity to participate in and facilitate certain aspects of our intern and/or recent college grad programs. This position reports to the Director of HR Operations/Talent Acquisition Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree - Minimum 3 years of working experience in roles supporting the recruiting function - Minimum 1 year of experience supporting immigration processes - Strong analytical skills and organizational skills - Proficient in Excel, demonstrating the ability to use vlookup functions and pivot tables - Experience with gathering data requirements and documentation with basic understanding of business process mapping is required - Must possess a high level of integrity with the understanding of the need for confidentiality in maintaining integrity internally and externally with HR data - Experience working in a global environment, supporting multiple time zones - Good communication skills and ability to communicate with both employees and leaders in the organization effectively - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, pursue actions to completion and the ability to work at times with limit information - Experience with Oracle EBS and SuccessFactors talent management suite desirable Essential Duties - Will monitor the approval of requisitions and will enter all requisition details into our talent acquisition solution - Will execute and all background checks - Assist managers, applicants and employees with immigration questions and work with our immigration attorney to provide the appropriate responses - Create and distribute offer letters for management approval and to the candidates Synaptics is an Equal Opportunity Employer US01-622300
