PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION This position is responsible for coordinating and administering compensation programs and processes and supporting the Compensation team in relation to reporting, daily operations, and special projects. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Coordinates and administers several compensation programs, processes and initiatives including: * Annual compensation review program * Global compensation survey process * Bonus and other incentive compensation programs * Annual officer titling program 2. Creates reports through Excel, Workday, Access and other internal and external HR information systems (HRIS) in support of the Compensation and HR Relationship Management teams. Will work directly with HR partners and Compensation team on regular and ad hoc reporting requests. Works closely with HRIS department and HR assistants to ensure the accuracy and quality of the compensation data. 3. Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation reporting processes. 4. Provides recommendations to enhance compensation processes and programs and takes an active role to implement identified process/program improvements. 5. Participates in various compensation-related projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Required * College degree, or Associate degree and 2 years related work experience, or High School diploma/equivalent and 3 years related work experience. * Proven experience and strong technical skills with MS Office Suite including Excel and Access * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization * Proven ability to work in a fast paced and team environment with a strong sense of urgency * Good judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality * Highly motivated with demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently * Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and administration skills Preferred * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or Math * Knowledge of HRIS platforms, preferably Workday * Compensation and/or Human Resources experience * PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP and/or CCP Certifications T.
