Department Overview The RFP Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team through the RFI, RFP and sales presentation process. Job Description Work with Institutional Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors to develop proposals and related presentation materials Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval Enter and monitor tracking data, coordinate requirements with contributors, provide proposal status information at review meetings Maintain a database of compliance reviewed responses Gather proposal materials by identifying sources of information Develop answers for new questions put forth in RFP questionnaires Prepare quarterly statistics detailing the scale of both the TDPCW and TD Wealth offerings in a format that is easily understandable by prospective clients Assist in the development and maintenance of a client reference list Work with the products team to establish a database on costs for inclusion in answers to proposals Coordinate with compliance to obtain approval for final proposal submission Evaluate text and graphics Print, bind, and arrange for delivery of final proposal submissions Job Requirements Sense of urgency with high attention to detail Ability to multi-task Graphic design skills Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Adobe Pro Qualifications Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below 2-4 Years of related experience Proven project management skills Demonstrated ability to gather information and recommend solutions Strong process improvement skills, including the ability to evaluate procedures and recommend improvements Excellent communication skills Inclusiveness At TD, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees and customers feel valued, respected and supported.
