Department Overview Lockbox Mt Laurel (Wholesale) Work schedule: Mon & Wed 2pm 9:30pm, Friday 1pm 9:30pm, Saturday, 7:30am 4pm Shift differential Job Description The Payment Operations Specialist I is primarily responsible for assisting the Payment Operations team in all activities involving the support of the Payment Operations products. The primary focus will be on daily operations support, transaction processing, and maintaining Customer files. Requirements * The primary focus will be on daily operations support, transaction processing and maintaining Customer files. * Performs various clerical tasks associated with Payment Operations. * Ensures that department standards and deadlines are met on a daily basis. * Answers questions for Customers, branches, and department Employees. * Maintains files related to job responsibilities. * Processes mail as required. * Processes / reconciles transactions related to product/functional area. Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent experience. * 1-2 Years of related experience. * Developing knowledge of Lockbox industry, including systems, products and services. * Ability to interact with internal and external Customers in a professional manner to provide exceptional Customer service. * Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Good organizational skills and attention to detail. * PC skills, including developing knowledge of Windows and ability to operate standard office equipment. * Communication skills, both verbal and written.
