Our summer internships provide talented students an opportunity to gain valuable experience by working on projects that support our business areas; and, ultimately impact the national economy. We have a variety of paid internships for both undergraduate and graduate students. Most internship assignments are project-based. As an intern in the 2019 Summer Internship Program, students can expect: * Development Workshops

• Q&A Sessions with Senior Leadership * Formal Mentors * Formal evaluations and exposure to other business areas The Summer Internship Program is capped off by a week-long experience structured to provide interns with the opportunity to showcase the skills they have acquired over the summer?combined with teamwork, time management and presentation skills?in a group effort to find a solution to a real bank problem. Qualifications We are interested in students who possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; that have a solid work ethic and a strong motivation to learn. While business area needs vary from year to year, in the past we have hosted interns in Human Resources, Research, Banking Supervision, Treasury, Information Technology Services, Guest Services, Financial Management, Branch Offices (Memphis, Little Rock and Louisville), and Public Affairs. We have opportunities for students studying in a wide-variety of academic disciplines. We are seeking students majoring in Accounting, Business, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Economics, English, Finance, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Math, Marketing/Advertising or related fields.
