POSITION SUMMARY: Consultant, BU Continuous Improvement Charlotte, NC Responsible for end to end process management and strategic solutions, including defining, documenting, assessing risk and compliance exposure, and measuring current state process; assessing performance and overall health of the process, identifying variances, recommending improvement opportunities, communicating such findings and learnings. Design future state service delivery models & solutions using a discipline of business discovery & framework as well as leading/partnering with IT guiding the build of the technology solutions through the prioritization of requirements, and day to day decision making related to project execution (with standard tools & outputs). Partner with Process Owners and functional line leaders to capture current state business processes, and apply strategic goals and objectives in determining and documenting future state process through the creation and maintenance of current and future state business roadmaps. # Scope/Knowledge: Partner with Process Owners and functional line leaders to capture current state business processes, and apply strategic goals and objectives in determining and documenting future state process through the creation and maintenance of current and future state business roadmaps. Create detailed process documentation though sit with observations and data collection Supports the design and build of the business processes necessary to support future state operating models. This role will support the build of the technology solutions through the prioritization of requirements, and day to day decision making related to project execution. Gather monitor, review and evaluate end-to-end process performance, gather, analyze and report out on data specific to the process, assess root cause and recommend improvements, evaluate performance against expected outcomes and determine source of variances Communicate findings to key stakeholders, lead problem solving discussions and assist stakeholders in executing continuous improvement initiatives QUALIFICATIONS: # Basic Qualifications (Required): Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years continuous improvement experience Experience utilizing Microsoft suite, including Power Point, Excel and Visio Demonstrated analytical skills # Preferred Qualifications (Desired): Process improvement and project management experience preferred Business acumen with focus on outcomes preferred Ability to communicate technical/detailed findings in appropriate manner to internal clients Knowledge of and familiarity of the Agile framework Ability to integrate responsibilities in an Agile environment with traditional SDLC processes Equal Employment Opportunity is not just the law, its our commitment.
