This position is ideal for someone starting their UX career, or has some design experience and is interested in transitioning into a UX design role, or has completed a design or UX related degree. A solid portfolio and a genuine interest in UX design is a great starting point. You will primarily work with the Product Design Team to translate goals and objectives given by various business stakeholders into designs using proven UX methodologies. You will have opportunities to work with an experienced UX researcher to assist qualitative usability studies. As you grow your skills, you will have opportunities to conduct surveys, interviews and GV style Design Sprints. As well as Moderate and facilitate workshops with users and stakeholders for insight validation or to unify on product vision. This role requires heavy collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams such as Engineers, Product Owners and various Business stakeholders. About You More important than the amount of professional experience you have, you should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills. You are excited about UX and find yourself getting lost in UX posts on Medium. You should design on the users behalf. Great organizational and communication skills and be able to work independently when required. 1 to 2 years experience working as a UX designer or UI designer.
