    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE:

    We are seeking a TALENT ACQUISITION CO-OP INTERN to assist with balancing our team who has a passion for supporting administrative functions with a sense of urgency and flexibility for a smooth and seamless customer experience. This role will use the applicant tracking system (ATS-Workday Recruiter) and Google, primarily Gmail and google docs, to develop an organized schedule while balancing both interviewer and candidate availability. Since this role will interact closely with candidates, recruiters, interviewers at all levels across the company, as well as other positions and departments we are seeking a positive, professional and creative team member.

    THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.

    YOU WILL:

    • Coordinate interview schedules using information provided by recruiters by gathering candidate and interviewer availability through email/phone interactions with all parties and at times, the administrative support team.
    • Develop and provide an interview agenda in a professional manner to all parties.
    • Field questions and scheduling requests, which includes maintaining an open line of communication with the recruiter that is assigned to the candidate being scheduled.
    • Maintain a clear hiring workflow by updating candidate status in applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Assist with enhancing job descriptions for seeking top talent.
    • Schedule candidate interviews (Phone and Video)
    • Creates Google invitation, agenda, provides resume, job description, assessment
    • Act as link between recruiter and candidates as needed
    • Communicate via email with candidates and interview team members on processes, agenda's and logistics.
    • Assist with process improvement projects to support recruitment flow, such as audit requests, data integrity, drafting communications etc.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • At a minimum, you should be a rising junior, senior, OR masters-level student, in a degree/certificate-seeking accredited program
    • Strong project management skills, including planning and execution
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information
    • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Experience with an applicant tracking system, preferably Workday Recruiter
    • Experience using G Suite products (Calendar, Forms, Spreadsheets).
    • Strong ability to navigate through systems and seek process improvements.
    • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment

    This job may be performed remotely within the United States, except that it is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
