Falcon is a growing company who currently write in Texas, Illinois, Oklahoma, Indiana and Arizona with high expansion expectations. Falcon is led by a strong management team with over 75 years of non‐standard automobile insurance experience.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Manage an agency force and meet production, loss ratio and marketing goals for the states of IL and IN

Establish objectives related to growing a book of business, including new business submissions

Develop a strong distribution network by identifying and pursuing independent agency network

Provide ongoing support and training to agents through excellent communication, follow-up and critical problem solving

Demonstrate a willingness to proactively address current and potential challenges and opportunities with team members

Handle special projects and other duties as assigned

Face-to-face and phone interactions with clients, daily

Must be willing to travel 5-6 nights per month

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience marketing to independent insurance agents, either as an insurance company representative or for an insurance services vendor

Bachelor's degree, preferred

Bilingual, Spanish and English, preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience with Sales Force, preferred

Valid driver’s license
