    KEY PROGRAM ELEMENTS

    • 18-month rotational program with 6-month rotations in various alliances, including: U.S. Information Solutions (USIS) Technology (B2B), Global Consumer Services (GCS) Technology (B2C), and International (globally aligned projects) in one of the following capacities:

      • Planning & Execution Lead (Project & Program Management)

      • Product Owner / Architect (Techno-functional Business Analyst)

      • Site Reliability Engineer (SRE / Build it, Run it, Own it)

    • Ability to gain experience by cross-training in the various areas within the Technology organization and other key related functions.

    • Formalized training and development throughout the rotational program.

    • Opportunity for in-depth learning about cloud technologies, and our products, customers, and business.

    • Opportunity to travel to Internationally to meet the teams you'll be working with on a global scale.

    • Exposure to Senior Leadership.

    PROGRAM SKILL SETS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Planning & Execution Lead

      • Manage all aspects of a small technical project of low complexity or phases of a medium/larger technical project.

      • Coordinate activities of the project team, identifying appropriate resources when needed, understanding budget implications and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project.

      • Prepare and provide timely documentation for project team meetings keeping and project reporting.

    • Product Owner / Architect

      • Develop skills to support the discovering, developing and evaluating of new product ideas, enhancements to existing products or strategic product extensions as well as establishing product specifications.

      • Participate in planning and tracking all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace.

      • Engage with all members of the scrum team to provide an end-to-end view of the product through all stages of development.

      • Manage the product backlog, turn features to stories, and maintain the work pipeline for the software development engineering team.

    • Site Reliability Engineer

      • Work in a DevOps environment contributing to build and run of small scale and fault-tolerant systems.

      • Assist with the creation of new tools and scripts for auto-remediation of incidents.

      • Work closely with development and operations teams assisting in building highly available and cost effective systems.

      • Participate in measuring and monitoring system impairments and outages.

      • Assist the cloud operations team in resolving system issues.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or equivalent field; Completion of coursework by May 2022.

    • Detail-oriented and timeline driven with an emphasis on accuracy and results.

    • Ability to understand the big picture as well as pay attention to detail.

    • Proven creativity, problem solving and decision-making ability.

    • Excellent leadership, teamwork and service skills.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
