We are looking for a Technical Writer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects dependent on various systems within ISG O&T. The Technical Writer will apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function through the creation of procedural documents, training, videos, site updates, newsletters, etc. in cooperation with a group of skilled developers and project team members. Additionally, this role will e valuate moderately complex systems and existing documentation assessing gaps and/or opportunities for improvement. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for creation and formalization of a robust set of procedures for systems used by multiple teams across various lines of business
• Responsible for creation and formalization of extensive training materials to be used for existing and new hire training of associates (including newsletters and video content)
• Discuss with stakeholders to identify gaps, clarify, and edit existing documents for better coverage
• Manage technical project documentation together with the Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Streamline and improve documentations such as guidelines, manuals, and instructions
• Deliver technical training and coaching
• Consolidate user experience feedback
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Challenge, support, and guide teams to align standards
• Works in a team environment along with technical and business partners to meet project deadlines
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years of experience in a project role specifically with experience in technical and procedural writing.
• Positive interpersonal relationship with others in communication and problem resolution
• Hands-on with strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Innovative thinker, able to approach problems from different angles and identify the most adequate solutions
• Consistently demonstrate clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communication without having to rely on technical jargon
• Excellent communicator and presentation skills
• Extensive experience delivering high quality technical content, training material and sessions
• Comfortable managing content across different platforms
• Familiar with Confluence and JIRA
• Strong experience with data analysis, presentation tools and content creation tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe, Confluence and SharePoint)

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
