Responsibilities

• Skills in repairing computer hardware and software.

• Able to operate different systems like Window, Mac OS, Linux (Ubuntu, Red hat, Arch, Cent OS)

• Contacting potential customers via telephone, email, and other electrical devices.

• Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products.

• Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Confident talking to a diverse group of people

• Capable to work independently and multitasking

• Must be enthusiastic and energetic

• Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin

• We provide training, so you don't need to be an expert on all of the systems, but it is a huge plus if you have previous technical support experience/familiarity with the listed systems.
