ABOUT THE ROLE

Talent Acquisition is the core strategic driver of iCapital Network's success. As a member of our team, the Talent Acquisition Contractor will assist the current team manage candidate pipeline and conduct screening calls with candidates. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-4 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience with a minimum of 1 year of technology recruiting experience, exposure to the financial services and/or fintech industry is a plus

• Experience recruiting across the Technology spectrum including full stack, frontend and backend engineers, devops, corporate technology and product backgrounds, data science and quant experience a plus

• Demonstrated experience to effectively assess a candidates resume and conduct screening calls before introducing profiles to the lead recruiter

• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment

The pay range for this role is $35 to $45 per hour.
