Education : Bachelors Degree Experience : 36 Hours per Week : 40 Description : This paralegal will support attorneys in the Legal Department's Office of Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs ("OPPRA"). Responsibilities will include assisting with preparation of regulatory applications, notices and correspondence with Federal and State banking regulators; research of federal and state banking laws and regulations and regulatory guidance; preparation of materials for meetings with members of the Legal Department and management; coordination of meetings related to regulatory matters; and review, with assistance from attorney(s) in OPPRA, of materials for BNY Mellon's Board of Directors and various Board Committees. This position will report to the Chief Bank Regulatory Counsel in New York. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
