Job Title: CCS CLO Structuring, Analyst Job Description: Provide support to the CLO origination and issuance activities for the Customized Credit Solutions unit of GSO. Responsibilities will include: Work closely with GSOs CLO portfolio management team and CLO structuring/ banking team to build efficient CLO structures Track performance of CLOs versus marketed and underwritten expectations CLO documentation negotiation, working closely with GSO in-house and external counsel and CLO structuring/ banking teams to review and negotiate documentation. Prepare investment committee materials on behalf of funds which are able to invest in GSO-managed CLOs and warehouses Assist in the preparation of investment proposals for prospective investors and presentations and / or responses to questions from existing investors. Prepare marketing materials and information for use with investors. Interface with capital raising and distribution partners, investors, GSOs portfolio managers, external and in-house counsel, middle office / operations, custodians. Position will report into the Senior Portfolio Manager for the CLO strategies and the Head of Capital Formation.
