07-Aug-2018 Associate Department US Real Estate Location New York/299 Position Summary An Associate within Carlyle Realtys Asset Management Group is primarily responsible for the financial modeling and analysis for investments made by the Fund. The Associate works directly as an Investment team member with others within Carlyles US Real Estate Group, including Managing Directors, Principals, Vice Presidents, and Senior Associates. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an early career real estate finance professional to join a dynamic and strategic team. The role of the Associate is extremely important to the overall management of Carlyles real estate portfolio. The integrity and timeliness of financial modeling and analysis are critical to the strategic decision making process from both an individual investment and a portfolio perspective.
