The Third Party Information Security Assessment (TPISA) Quality Assurance Lead Analyst plays a key role in the TPISA program's quality assurance strategy focusing on analyzing controls assessment documentation and Third Party Inventory management to identify quality gaps, recording accurate feedback and tracking through resolution. In addition, this individual also plays a role in the TPISA program's core/operational processes and projects as a team member. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Improve the overall quality and completeness of the Third Party Assessment Questionnaire (TPAQ) documentation by providing feedback using TPISA QA framework
    • Interact appropriately with Lead IS Assessors to facilitate modifications to documentation that ensures accurate depiction of the assessment and the supplier's IS controls.
    • Identify relevant guidance documents or standards and provides interpretive assistance.
    • Facilitate the implementation of approved IS tools and identify/recommend new or improved security solutions or emerging technologies
    • Mitigate risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, impacts to business, and required corrective actions and develop security solutions
    • Ensure IS compliance and seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency of IS policies and procedures
    • Provide Information Security advice and counsel as needed
    • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
    • Understand written Portuguese
    • Proven analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills
    • Profound understanding of Information Security concepts
    • Experience in providing Information Security guidance to business customers and peers.
    • Experience in interpretation and application of IS Policy and Standards
    • Ability to present Quality Assurance related issues in large group forums
    • Proven influencing and relationship management skills
    • Additional cybersecurity certifications are preferred

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
    • Master's degree preferred
