Ensures these materials are customer friendly in design and are easy to use for customers. + Assists with customer appreciation and recognition strategies to foster goodwill and build loyalty. + Prepares press releases and other communications (both internal and external). May use social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for company promotion. + Employs graphic software to develop in-house signage, some advertising and brochures; works with printers to produce final product, as appropriate.
