This is a TEMPORARY, full-time (40 hour a week) assignment lasting through August 31, 2019. This position is located at our Lacey Corporate Center. POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the processing, auditing amp; funding of home equity and indirect loan products while following establish guidelines, policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Audits, funds, and boards consumer loan products in accordance with established guidelines, policies and procedures. * Reviews new contracts for completeness and accuracy of documentation provided, as well as accuracy of pricing in accordance with pricing matrices. * Effectively communicates with branches, processing, closing and other departments regarding all conditions needed for loans to be funded. * Monitors, processes, and responds to incoming faxes, emails, amp; loan origination platform messages regarding funding corrections, stipulations, and dealer or branch communication. * Monitors lending platform queues for new loan activity.
