U.S. Bank is seeking a Campus Recruiter/Internship Program Specialist to increase our employer brand and to strengthen our relationships with colleges/universities and non-profit organizations. In this role, you will enhance U.S. Banks visibility on campus that will increase brand awareness and will facilitate the recruitment of top emerging talent. You will contribute to the success of U.S. Banks exciting, innovative, and Campus Recruiting function, and will attract students to our internship and full-time opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the Campus Recruiting function in the local region, which includes the market and surrounding areas. In partnership with our business lines, you will plan and execute on campus events and administer logistics including scheduling events, coordinating, and ordering event materials. You must thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, meet tight timelines, and be extremely organized and responsive. You must also build strong relationships, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external constituents. Job Responsibilities Provide support to meet hiring targets (assist in screening, interviewing, working with managers as needed) Build and maintain relationships with hiring contacts (managers/teams) Develop a deep understanding of perceptions and need of students, faculty and administration Identify opportunities to advance students skills and experiences while reinforcing companies position on campus Participate in on campus events along with the business and campus committees Recruit for inside and outside of market business needs Coordinate and execute internship program activities within the assigned market Accountable for meeting campus recruiting metrics and communicating to Senior Campus Recruiting Manager Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree 1-2 years of recruiting experience (campus preferred) Preferred Skills: Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate, and display behaviors and attitudes consistent with U.S. Bank Purpose and Core Values. Strong skills in project management, presentations, marketing, and recruitment networks are desired. Detail oriented and able to multi-task; will need to work on a variety of roles within the business line(s) as needed and follow through on deliverables. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills are preferred.
