    U.S. Bank Corporate Trust Review Analyst [Bond Compliance - Downtown Boston] in BOSTON, Massachusetts Analyzes and interprets governing documents unique to each transaction to determine accurate and timely completion of the compliance obligations. Performs independent quality assurance review for new accounts, Reg 9 account investment reviews and other periodic targeted reviews to ensure accounts are properly established on the systems in order to mitigate potential risk to the bondholders and the bank. Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, policies and procedures through the performance of periodic self-assessment reviews. This position is located downtown Boston in the Financial District. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience * Two to three years of corporate trust, audit or risk management experience * Ability to work a set schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (flexible) Preferred Skills/Experience * Thorough knowledge of corporate trust compliance, audit and risk, and related policies, procedures and regulations * Ability to work closely with internal and external customers, auditors, and examiners * Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills * Ability to identify and mitigate potential risk * Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents * Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job: Relationship Support Primary Location: Massachusetts-MA-Boston Shift: 1st - Daytime Average Hours Per Week: 40 Requisition ID: 180046377 U.S. Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
