U.S. Bank Corporate Trust Review Analyst [Bond Compliance - Downtown Boston] in BOSTON, Massachusetts Analyzes and interprets governing documents unique to each transaction to determine accurate and timely completion of the compliance obligations. Performs independent quality assurance review for new accounts, Reg 9 account investment reviews and other periodic targeted reviews to ensure accounts are properly established on the systems in order to mitigate potential risk to the bondholders and the bank. Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, policies and procedures through the performance of periodic self-assessment reviews. This position is located downtown Boston in the Financial District.
