Qualifications: Responsibilities * Identify market opportunity for international payments for U.S. Bank from key customer segments * Evaluate competitive and market trends including blockchain and distributed ledger * Analyze product gaps and short-term revenue opportunities * Deliver a go-to-market plan to the Global Treasury Management team * Build collaborative relationships with other U.S. Bank employees * Perform other associated duties as requested Skills & Qualifications * Pursuing a Masters level degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or related analytical field with an interest in fintech * Experience doing primary/secondary client and market research in a professional setting (2 years) * Knowledge of fintech and payments ecosystem * Basic understanding of pricing and profit & loss analytics * Comfortable with complex business processes, technical products, and services * Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills * Ability to think and work independently with a professional demeanor and receive dynamic on-the-job training * Highly organized and able to manage/prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously * Indisputable work ethic with a hands-on approach defined by a strong intellect, professional charisma, leadership skills, resiliency, and a track record of proven results * Competency in Microsoft Office Suite * Preferred experience or interest in global commerce, trade, innovation, and digital technologies with a desire to understand how international payments work Explore your career possibilities at U.S. Bank and join a company thats as passionate as you are about helping our customers meet their goals and making a difference in the communities we live and work.
