Internship Responsibilities May Include: * Complete process reviews to proactively mitigate risk and recommend action to close process gaps * Complete root cause analysis of risk occurrences to determine remedial actions * Track assigned regulations through gap assessment and implementation * Represent team on assigned project calls and meetings to track required work and monitor for compliance * Collaborate with cross functional partners to identify risks and opportunities * Assist with development of algorithms for risk analysis and facilitate the resolution and validation of issues * Adhoc reporting and data analytics * Perform other related duties as requested Qualifications: Skills and Qualifications: * Pursuing a Bachelors degree in, Business, Risk Management or related discipline preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills * Must be comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to seek out required information to complete tasks * Highly organized; Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Explore your career possibilities at U.S. Bank and join a company thats as passionate as you are about helping our customers meet their goals and making a difference in the communities we live and work.
