The Infrastructure Senior Technology Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.

JOB OVERVIEW:

THE NETWORK AUTOMATION SERVICES TEAM operates globally within the CTI Network Services organization to develop global solutions across multiple technology areas to satisfy our customers' needs for automated solutions.

As part of Citi's Next Generation Network strategy, the team is now seeking to hire a SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER with strong WEB USER INTERFACE (UI), .NET FRAMEWORK, C#, REACT AND SQL skills to work on new and highly visible Automation initiatives which have the aim of transforming the traditional methods of configuring network elements and the way services are deployed over the network.

CANDIDATES DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A BACKGROUND IN NETWORKING TECHNOLOGIES.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and deliver UI solutions for given Network operational processes.

• Hands on development experience with REACT/ HTML5/CSS/Bootstrap/JavaScript/jQuery.

• Hands on development experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server

• Experience with SQL and other standard database query tools.

• .NET Framework

• Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLSETS:

• Experience with AngularJS

• Hands on development experience with Python and Ansible.

• Experience with CI-CD development methodology and tools (JIRA, TFS, Bitbucket).

• .NET Core

• Experience with web services such as SOAP and REST.

• Experience with data modeling languages such as XML and JSON.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5+ years of relevant experience

• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications

• Strong knowledge on SDLC / Agile Methodology.

• Willingness to learn complex applications and unique data

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
