    Job Description Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a DIGITAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR for its Digital Operations team.

    Working across the Digital Operations team, this individual will support the NCSA Age Rating team in ensuring compliance with ESRB standards for marketing assets and online presence. They will also support the Storefront Specialist in coordinating the flow of information required to prepare submissions to our digital partners.

    This role will report to the Senior Director, Digital Operations, with day-to-day supervision by the Sr Age Rating Manager, and Sr Manager, Digital Operations.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Conduct marketing asset reviews to ensure compliance with Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB) guidelines
    • Monitor Ubisoft’s channels, partner channels and first-party storefronts for compliance with ESRB guidelines
    • Audit content published on digital storefronts
    • Asset uploading and archiving into collaboration tools
    • Assist in tracking post-launch trailer updates

    Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL BRING

    • Detail- and process-oriented with very strong organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA/Teams/SharePoint/Confluence
    • Experience with gaming industry, Microsoft, Nintendo, and/or Sony digital storefronts a plus
    • Experience with/knowledge of ESRB guidelines a plus
