    Job Description

    UBISOFT, A GLOBAL LEADER IN THE VIDEO GAMES AND ENTERTAINMENT SOFTWARE INDUSTRY, IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A TEMPORARY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR, TO BE LOCATED IN SAN FRANCISCO, TO SUPPORT ITS PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION.  This individual will report to the Manager, Program Management in SF, and will be responsible for supporting the team manager(s) with administrative tasks and projects. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend.

     

     

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

     

    • Special projects as assigned (ex. Investigative and research audits, data collection and entry, etc.)
    • Supporting maintenance and administration of internal team websites (SharePoint). Includes keeping documentation up-to-date, tagging metadata, working w/developer for site/feature development, QA/QC of features, etc.
    • Take notes for key meetings. Assist in running meetings as necessary
    • Supporting execution of live operational needs and tactics
    • Maintain the online PXPM Planning Calendar. Includes entering and ensuring accuracy of information on a daily basis; delivery weekly updates via email; and ongoing QA/QC of the tool for improvements

     

     

  • Qualifications

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

     

    • Experience in project management and prior experience working in an office environment
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1 year working in a service-oriented field
    • Versed in using Microsoft Office suite and adept at learning new software and tools
    • Effective written and oral communication skills
    • Solid time management skills and attention to detail and quality
    • Collaborative, proactive and solution-oriented
    • Ability to receive directions and follow up autonomously

     

     

     

    NICE TO HAVE

    • Familiarity with SharePoint, Basecamp, Slack, Jira
    • Experience launching products or tactical live operations
    • Interest in the video game industry
