    Job Description

    Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time ASSOCIATE MEDIA MANAGER. The candidate must have experience working in online media including search, social, programmatic, and mobile and must be willing to learn TV. This person will help manage the development, implementation and complete coordination of multiple advertising campaigns targeting core and casual gamers, as well as kids. The ideal candidate will have both strategic and tactical expertise in planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on large-scale media campaigns.

     

    This position will work in a team atmosphere alongside other members of the online marketing group, offline advertising and promotions teams, and external agencies. The position will report into Associate Media Directors. It is a fast-paced and demanding environment and, as such, strong project management and organizational skills are essential.

     

     

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

     

    • Support strategy team in the holistic development, execution and management, reporting, and analysis of multiple large-scale national media campaigns
    • Work alongside (and occasionally manage) cross functional teams to ensure campaigns’ success
    • Create and regularly update campaign budgets, flowcharts, and POs
    • Analyze the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns based on comprehensive reporting data and past performance benchmarks
    • Review key media metrics and conversion metrics daily to ensure campaign success
    • Leverage Excel or Access-based reporting tool to quantitatively measure ROI
    • Aggregate campaign reporting data and provide insight into key learnings and trends
    • Coordinate evolving advertising initiatives with publisher sites
    • Shift advertising inventory when requested by Online Advertising Manager based on sliding release dates
    • Research and investigate new advertising channels, creative technologies, and the latest offerings from existing media partners
    • Regularly review online media landscape to determine which sites are gaining and which are losing market share
    • Manage aspects of media planning, scheduling, and buying for assigned campaigns
    • Manage relationships and establish positive day to day collaboration with key partners.
    • Ensure all media placements are tracking properly by the 3rd party ad server. Monitor delivery levels for placements. Responsible for post-campaign reconciliation in order to ensure accurate media delivery be vendors. Make sure proper payments are made and credits applied
    • Collaborate regularly with Brand and Digital Marketing teams to align on creative asset production and ensure timely delivery of creative, as well as timely delivery of advertising creative

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING 

     

    • Minimum 3-4 years online media experience (ad agency experience is preferred)
    • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing or Communications required
    • Solid experience with 3rd Party Ad Servers, web tracking tools and Social advertising platforms 
    • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment
    • Effective presentation and organizational skills
    • Team approach and solid communicator with internal and external teams
    • Ability to manage challenging situations effectively and maintain a sense of composure and credibility that reflects well on Ubisoft
    • Entertainment or gaming background/knowledge a plus
