RED STORM ENTERTAINMENT IS SEEKING A HIGHLY TALENTED UI ARTIST FOR OUR NEXT AAA GAME.  The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. They will work closely with the team to bring the UI to life, pushing to achieve the highest quality possible within specifications.

• Work with leads and game designers to develop compelling and accessible UI solutions
• Create wireframes, user flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes
• Concept, prototype and communicate functionality and design intentions
• Create compelling visual treatments that are fun, simple to navigate, and easy to understand
• Develop localization compatible designs, and assist with challenges of multi-language products
• Create user interface production assets for current- and next-gen game consoles, PC and mobile platforms
• Assist with user testing and internal playtests to evaluate UX
• Work with cross-departmental team members to solve UI challenges
• Debug and optimize assets

Qualifications

• Software Knowledge - Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator required, knowledge of 3d and motion graphics applications preferred
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with team members of different disciplines
• Solid typography, color, iconography, and layout skills
