    Job Description

    Ubisoft is looking for an IT Program Manager – AdTech to support the Media & Audience Management teams on its advertising tech stack transformation, adoption and optimization in order to better reach and engage its players but also to deliver superior personalised brand experiences.

    You will be part of the WW IT Consumer & Marketing Solutions department and you will liase directly with NCSA marketing business stakeholders to offer technical expertise and guidance around the media solutions and marketing data usage, to capture business directions and to turn them into successful projects enhancing Ubisoft overall marketing capabilities.

    You are comfortable working in ambiguity with little direction, proactively identifying and solving problems.You have a high attention to details and excellent communication skills, with the ability to report and present to leadership on high visibility projects. You have the ability to create new processes, helping to pave the way for future programs and impact the department as a whole.

    Reports to: WW IT – Product Lead AdTech & DAM

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Project manage and drive execution of strategic initiatives (AI, ADH, DCO, CCPA … ) for the performance team
    • Capture stakeholders needs, formalize business processes and map business requirements to existing or relevant new media solutions
    • Align internal teams on the best tactics to execute against these projects using both existing and new processes
    • Identify inter-team (CRM, Digital Marketing, Brand Management …) and cross-team issues and process gaps, implementing solutions for these pain points to bring operational efficiencies to the team
    • Build relationships with cross-functional teams (Legal, IT, BI …) and engaged vendors to resolve issues, and prioritize across multiple stakeholders.
    • Help manage the cross-functional business planning by leading conversations with key stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives into detailed project plans.
    • Proactively take initiative to investigate and solve project specific and cross program issues (Salesforce, Ecommerce …).
    • Help in the selection and the design of solutions as well as in their implementation
    • Produce recommendations, guidelines and documentation about data management and digital marketing solutions
    • Communicate clearly and effectively to project teams and executive management on the 
    • AdTech vision (DMP, DSP, Adserver, Media tagging and tracking, Cloud … ), status of projects and critical issues. Escalate urgent problems appropriately and drive them to closure promptly.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, in marketing or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a program/project manager driving projects with cross-functional teams and more specifically media teams
    • Exposure to Ad Tech solutions (Adservers, DMPs, DSPs, Google stack, SalesForce …), media-buying or buying tech is a must
    • Solid foundation in program/project management fundamentals including prioritization, planning, resourcing, tracking, and presentations.
    • Demonstrated success diagnosing and addressing process gaps and pain points.
    • Proficiency with breaking down complex subjects into tangible and relatable subject
    • A results driven personality that is comfortable bringing order to ambiguity, has the ability to work in self-guided manner, and isn't’ afraid to question the status quo.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of stakeholders.
    • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects concurrently with remote teams
    • Available to travel 4 to 5 times a year to the USA and EMEA
    • Speaking French and knowledge of the video game industry are a plus.
