Job Description

As a representative of the Project’s Management, the Codev Producer owns and shares a strategic 360 vision of the collaboration. You establish trustful partnerships between lead studio/teams and associate studios/teams and develop, identify, asses and recommend codev mandate opportunities. You participate in the construction and guidance of the production team to reach the project's ambitions in terms of quality, timing and budget. You prioritize tasks, identify risks, and suggest relevant solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Successfully define, implement and adapt mandates, roles, responsibilities, processes (reviews, validations), methods, tools, decision making framework and communication channels with lead studio/teams and associate studios/teams
• Manage efficiently, and mitigate risks of, multi-site staffing plans and budgets
• Anticipate and escalate collaboration risks, issues, conflicts, and implement successful solutions
• Ensure smooth, appropriate and efficient communication, especially for impacting decisions and difficulties, both ways between lead studio and associate studios
• Act with diplomacy, share concerns constructively, act with the appropriate speed of reaction, remain neutral in all situations
• Defuse tension and resolve conflicts while constantly developing strong connections with network and stakeholders
• Encourage decision making by influencing with impact
• Excel in remote collaboration management
• Leading successfully in complexity
• Show a positive image as both representative of the lead studio/teams and voice of the associate studios/teams

Qualifications
