    Job Description

    Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Program Manager - Gameplan, to be located in San Francisco, for its Program Management organization. This individual will report to the Manager, Program Management in SFO, and will be responsible for overseeing Community Content programs within the company. This role will be involved in both strategic development and tactical execution of the Gameplan program and related initiatives. 

     

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

     

    • The role will cover all operational and project management aspects of Ubisoft's gameplay help service Gameplan
    • Drive roadmap planning and tracking of overall Gameplan program in alignment with core team
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build, audit, and optimize new and existing operational Gameplan processes
    • Own cross-functional processes around upcoming innovative community projects/programs linked to in game channels, Gameplan and related initiatives
    • Own development of Gameplan communication plan, tracking and delivery of routine program updates across all stakeholder groups
    • Be the central point of collaboration with game teams to distribute and scale Gameplan community programs within their roadmap
    • Collaborate with the Community Content and WW IT group to make sure the planning and execution of the program is on point
    • Manage documentation, processes, repository of information; help organize and develop knowledge structure for the program
    • Provide input and work with the Live Producers and Community Developers for each game to drive projects to completion and develop productive partnerships to advance operational excellence within Ubisoft
    • Manage risks and prepare for issues with game launches working cross functionally with all relevant teams
    • Conduct retrospectives and help follow up on performance tracking to assess results and give directions to keep on improving the program game after game
    • Drive improvements to all facets of the community programs experience within Ubisoft games

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

     

    • 4-7 years business experience in a process or product management role
    • Demonstratable record of successfully managed projects
    • Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in organizational business management
    • Have a strong passion for how groups work together and coordination of processes
    • Ability to assess and recommend innovative early-stage solutions
    • Must be a strong communicator, open to collaboration, and building group consensus
    • Have Interest and basic knowledge in video games in general
    • Pro-active, driven, and able to work autonomously within a highly dynamic environment
    • Have advanced English professional written and oral communication skills
    • Be able to balance and execute multiple projects simultaneously
    • Have a strong understanding of the games industry and its products
    • French language skills are a plus
