    Job Description

    As part of the Ubisoft’s US Performance Media team, the Associate Performance Media Manager will be responsible for the creation, management, and optimization of cross-channel digital performance media campaigns (YouTube, AdWords, Paid Social, and Programmatic). Priority will be given to candidates with experience managing paid YouTube and programmatic. Main responsibilities also include providing strategic and tactical recommendations, as well as the creation of performance reports that will be shared with cross functional teams.

     

    A good understanding of the digital advertising eco-system and a data-driven mindset is a must. Bonus if you have experience in digital media planning or strategy development. The performance media team is part of a fast-paced, high visibility, and high demand marketing team, as such, strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for success.

     

     

     

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

     

     

    • CAMPAIGN PLANNING:
      • Work cross-functionally with media planners, analytics, and agency partners to established clear campaign objectives and measurement KPIs
      • Contribute to the development of in-house channel media strategies & tactics, utilizing your knowledge and expertise of platform capabilities, during our planning process
      • Provide optimal budget forecasting and/or allocation recommendations, with the focus of achieving maximum reach, scale, engagement effectiveness, and performance efficiency
    • CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & MAINTENANCE:
      • Monitor and measure campaign performance in platform, leveraging insights and trends, and provide data backed recommendations to internal media partners and stakeholders
      • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day management of digital performance campaigns, including campaign creation, performance optimization, reporting, and budget monitoring
    • ANALYTICS AND REPORTING
      • Provide weekly campaign reports for live titles in conjunction with the media planning and performance media team members
      • Support the title project team in all wrap-up reports, provide deep and thorough insight into the performance of the campaign
      • One-off reporting needs including but not limited to additional research areas, insights, or historical performance
    • PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
      • Maintain close relationships with core media partners and help identify opportunities for new product test & learn
    • ADDITIONAL RESEARCH & PROJECTS:
      • Continued industry growth and knowledge within digital marketing trends and emerging digital marketing channels
      • Apply research, identify new market trends, develop POVs, and keep the team informed of new opportunities. Contribute to the development and refinement of your media channels’ best practices.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

     

     

    • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in cross-channel digital performance advertising platforms (YouTube, AdWords, Paid Social, Programmatic) OR 1-2 years hand on platform experience (YouTube, AdWords, Paid Social,      Programmatic) AND additional 1-2 years media planning/buying
    • In-depth knowledge of media planning fundamentals e.g. reach, frequency, formats, measurement etc.
    • University graduate in advertising/marketing, communications, business administration, or similar field preferred
    • Ability to synthesize and communicate numerical or complex information, both oral and written
    • Work well under pressure with short deadlines across multiple teams with fragmented, vertical priorities
    • A self-starter who can work independently or with minor supervision in a fast pace, multi-project, and process-oriented environment by balancing time on competing priorities
    • Ability to spot problems before they arise, and constantly looking for ways to improve ways of working
    • Experience with site tag management tools (e.g. GTM, Tag Commander), Analytics platforms (Google/Adobe), web-trend metrics, and Gaming console (PlayStation and/or Xbox) planning/buying experience a plus
