    Job Description

    Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a Part - Time Temporary Digital Operations Coordinator for its Digital Operations team.

     

    This individual will report to the Senior Age Rating Manager, and will be responsible for submissions to the Entertainment Software Ratings Board and ensuring Ubisoft’s compliance to the ESRB’s Principles and Guidelines for Responsible Advertising Practices.

     

     

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

     

    • Prepare and submit Ubisoft titles for ESRB and International Age Rating Coalition (IARC) review
    • Conduct ESRB submission pre-checks – e.g., checking game scripts and lyrics, vetting submission footage, and communicating with production teams
    • Conduct marketing reviews to ensure compliance with ESRB guidelines
    • Monitor Ubisoft’s channels, partner channels and first-party storefronts for compliance with ESRB guidelines

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

     

    • Open to working a Part -Time schedule
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational and tracking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic PC software proficiency
    • Project management experience strongly preferred
    • Video and graphics editing experience (Adobe Premiere/Illustrator preferred)
    • Experience with/knowledge of ESRB guidelines a plus
    • Experience with Microsoft, Nintendo, and/or Sony submission protocols and digital storefronts a plus
    • Knowledge of PC and current console systems strongly preferred
    • Game industry experience a plus
    • Foreign language skills a plus
