    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES OVER THE SPRING SEMESTER TO INCLUDE BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    • Provide day to day support to the Promotions Manager over the spring semester to help further develop and grow the Promotions Marketing programs focused on the College Marketing Program, event temp staffing, partnerships and potential onsite help at events.
    • Work with Promotions Manager to assist with the execution of the College Marketing Program; assist with outreach, campaign deliverables, tracking/reporting.
    • Grow the Partnership database through data collection of existing and potential brand partnerships.
    • Collect game assets and design flyers and promotional giveaways for titles – work with Brand and Creative Services.
    • Help research ways to improve the Promotions programs.
    • Have a thorough understanding of current business trends; stay up-to-date on entertainment and gaming industry news and issues.
    • Stay up to date on current social networking trends and ways to implement them into the college program on an ongoing basis.
    • Create and manage program spreadsheets.
    • Assist in tracking competitor promotion programs
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • IDEAL TO BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER IN A COLLEGE AFFILIATED VIDEO GAME CLUB ON-CAMPUS
    • MUST BE A CURRENTLY ENROLLED COLLEGE STUDENT (OR RECENTLY GRADUATED)
    • MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE COMPLETED
    • Must be confident in taking initiative and being a leader among peers
    • Passion for the video game industry; is up-to-date on innovations and new developments in the field
    • Strong understanding of and active on all major social media networks
    • Motivated, ambitious approach to executing promotions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Must have strong knowledge of Ubisoft and Ubisoft products
    • Prior experience in marketing a plus
