This position plays a vital role in providing a high level of customer service and support to our Dealers across the country while also working closely with internal team members such as funding, credit, dealer compliance and outside sales. Must love being on the phones, closing deals and making a difference. If that’s you we give you the leads, a base salary, an awesome culture plus uncapped commission!

     

    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • Building partnerships with independent automobile dealerships through above average customer service.
    • Provide support service and follow up to all active dealers during Area Manager time off (vacations) or turn over which includes following up on loan applications through funding and compliance issues while still maintaining a consistent level of business.
    • Coverage for areas where there is or will be an external presence.
    • Dealer Relations and follow up on applications and deals submitt_e_d.
    • Researching information and interpreting data for dealers in new and existing markets.
    • On an as needed basis, conducting market research and cold calling selected regional markets to establish sound leads for future Area Manager placement and market development.
    • A day in the life in this role includes an average of 50 dealer phone calls daily with the goal of increasing loan applications, increasing Funding Dealers and increasing your funded deals.

     

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Energetic and self-motivated.
    • Ability to be on the phone for long periods of time.
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Solid work ethic, high activity level
    • A minimum of 1 year of inside sales, retail sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
    • Ability to successfully build relationships and work deals over the phone.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
    • Strong desire to achieve and succeed in a highly competitive market.

     

    WHAT’S REQUIRED

    • Flexible work schedule including the ability to work until 7pm or Saturdays as needed.
    • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
    • This position requires the ability to be on the phone for long periods of time daily.
    • Ability to use a computer, tablet; related software and telephone.
    • Ability to communicate verbally.
