    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Expand and manage department automated capabilities and their usage across multiple clients and across the system lifecycle, using a defined development process
    • Drive capability vision, strategy, priority and roadmap and engage appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment                                                                               
    • Partner with internal & external stakeholders to enable successful prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of capability
    • Become a technical subject matter expert of business-critical applications, managing inquiries, issues, and enhancements
    • Develops and delivers documentation, training, and job aids as it relates to capability procedures.
    • Create quality reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product or Capability role, Project Manager, or similar role interfacing with business and technology
    • 1+ years of leading business/operational activities related to application implementations/development
    • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • RxCLAIM/AS400 experience
    • Healthcare Industry experience
    • Team lead or project lead experience
    • Waterfall and/or agile product methodology experience
    • High degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness, and works well with ambiguity

    Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $53,300 to $95,100.
