    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Monitor opportunity inbox/queue for opportunities from business partners per established processes, policies, and guidelines.
    • Triage opportunities based on established processes, policies, and guidelines
    • Provide feedback and coaching to partners based on evaluation results.
    • Utilize applicable systems/tools to maintain and document Quality metrics/outcomes
    • Identify opportunities to improve process performance.
    • Create and maintain tracking reports in relation to performance.
    • Monitors and reports trends
    • Serves as consultant to client by identifying process improvement opportunities to improve service, reduce errors, and improve overall experience. Involves analyses of issues and creative problem solving.
    • Collaborates as part of an internal service team encompassing account managers and applicable functional areas.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
    • 1+ years of Salesforce.com best practice and functionality experience
    • 1+ year of track record of retrieving and analyzing data using Tableau, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, other CRM or data management/BI systems
    • 1+ year of experience auditing data on a regular cadence to ensure data quality
    • Experience with Microsoft Word (create and edit documents), Microsoft Excel (create and maintain spreadsheets), and Microsoft PowerPoint (create and edit presentations)
    • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be REQUIRED to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.

    TELECOMMUTING REQUIREMENTS:

    • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
    • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
    • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

    SOFT SKILLS:

    • Analytical, detail oriented, and able to do high volume of data entry tasks
    • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, while working efficiently and addressing a wide variety of considerations under deadlines

    Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $53,300 to $95,100.
