    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • End-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes
    • Quality reporting, analysis and audits and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools
    • Assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
    • Direct design, facilitation, training and evaluation of TQM incentive programs and may oversee quality improvement projects and teams

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1+ years of recent experience with data analysis and reconciliation in a healthcare business
    • 1+ years of experience documenting processes and writing business requirements 
    • Demonstrated experience related to benefits, eligibility or COB
    • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience in pharmacy operations, PBM or health care operations 
    • Knowledge of Medicare Part D requirements
    • Proven history for successfully prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines

    Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $20.77 to $36.88.
