HOURS: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday

THE EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Two to three years Real Estate Underwriting experience

• Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac underwriting experience

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.

• Operation of business machinery to include Xerox, computers and ten-key calculators. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Decision loans within lending authority
• Follow all underwriting criteria to ensure good decisions
• Understand and backs up all Real Estate Loan Underwriter 1 duties
• Order and review real estate appraisals and title information
• Underwrite In-house fixed first and second mortgages
• Underwrite ARM and 100% mortgages
• Underwrite Fannie Mae/DU mortgages
• Underwrite Construction mortgages
• Underwrite Jumbo mortgages
• Help create and oversee all real estate underwriter procedures
• Understands the Bank Secrecy Act and how it is applied
