University Programs provides and manages early talent programs for Wells Fargo. We are looking for an intern to support the training and onboarding for our Quantitative Analytics client. This position will support our team’s role in training and developing new hires Specialist and Intern positions within Capital Markets and Credit/Operational Risk.

Temporary Summer Intern Position (May 18th -August 7th or 14th)

Responsibilities are varied and will include the following:

• Onsite training coordination
• Manage training schedule and meeting planners
• Assist with classroom technical issues and facilitator set up
• Respond to requests from facilitator
• Assist with on boarding logistics
• Maintain training SharePoint site for presentation materials
• Partner with catering vendors for meal setup/cleanup
• Data entry and research
• Participate in offsite events

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience coordinating activities that include gathering data, meeting deadlines and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 + years project support and work experience
• Rising college Junior or Senior

Preferred Qualifications

• Facilitation experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• SharePoint
