University Programs provides and manages early talent programs for Wells Fargo. We are looking for an intern to support the training and onboarding for our Corporate and Investment Banking client. This position will support our team’s role in training and developing new hires for Analyst, Associate and Intern positions within Corporate and Investment Banking. Temporary Summer Intern Position (May 11th - August 7th or 14th )

Responsibilities are varied and will include the following:

• Materials assembly and mailing
• Classroom set up
• Pickup and delivery of class materials to multiple training locations
• Partner with catering vendors for meal setup/cleanup
• Assist with on boarding logistics
• Participant in offsite events
• Assist with technical issues and responding to requests from instructors and department managers.
• Data entry

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience coordinating activities that include gathering data, meeting deadlines and attention to detail.
• Able to lift boxes and move furniture (for classroom set up)

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 + years project support and work experience
• Rising college Sophomore or Junior

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• SharePoint and Photoshop experience
