    The Unsecured Lending business provides comprehensive credit card solutions to the affluent and global mobile customers of HSBC’s Wealth and Personal Banking (“WPB”) unit. The Unsecured Lending Digital Servicing Product Manager manages all aspects of our card servicing and rewards platforms (e.g., eCS, Rewards platforms (Podium and MRS), Fiserv, Idemia, Naehas). The Manager works closely with the Card Product Manager, IT and third party vendors to develop, test, deploy, and maintain various Card and Rewards services and processes, and projects which contribute to meeting the program’s growth, spend and balance goals.

    Here’s what you can expect:

    As the Unsecured Lending Digital Servicing Product Manager you will demonstrate a deep strategic understanding of the U.S. retail unsecured lending environment, proven success in developing, executing, and supporting digital business solutions, and a high degree of self-motivation and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Identify and lead the development and introduction of new card servicing, rewards, customer communications and engagement services and platforms as well as product capability enhancements. Develop strong partnerships with colleagues in data, analytics, CRM, customer, marketing, digital, and distribution teams to deliver all targeted objectives.

    For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $68,900 and $103,300.

    The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

    Requirements

    Employment eligibility to work with HSBC in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.

    • Proven and progressive record of product and/or project management experience, specifically proven financial services industry-specific experience, management consulting experience, or equivalent.

    • Strong knowledge of credit card products and services.

    • Working knowledge of Fiserv Card platform (“Optis”) and digital servicing platform (“eCS”) preferred.

    • Strong problem solving, project management, time management, strategic planning, communications, analytical, decision-making, and influencing skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead and respond positively to change and flexibility when addressing shifting or competing priorities.

    • Ability to effectively influence and communicate within large and complex organizations and at senior levels within the organization.
