Job Description
CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
The position is full time, 40 hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm. No evenings, no weekends, no holidays. The call center is located in Blue Ash, Ohio.
JOB DUTIES:
- Answer inbound phone calls from patients, physician offices, and hospitals
- Schedule office appointments
- Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance and other relevant information
REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical call-center experience preferred
- Ability to empathize with patients in need of care
- Positive attitude
- Keen attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Adept at creative problem-solving
