RESPONSIBILITIES * Provides billing information, account reconciliation, and billing problem resolution to internal and external customers involving multiple lines of insurance. May require extensive inbound phone support. * Develops and uses working knowledge of multiple billing and / or policy applications and processing procedures to effectively service customer inquiries. * Prepares and maintains accurate and complete documentation to support accounts receivable. * May follow-up on delinquent accounts. * Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Associates Degree or equivalent experience Field of Study: Business, Accounting or a related discipline. Experience: Requires 0 - 2 years of related.
