Job Summary The Training Coordinator manages the Resource Management program at Veeva by maintaining training curriculum, training records and onboarding. The Training Coordinator works closely with the Training Manager, IT and Human Resources to develop and implement an integrated Resource Management Program for all Veeva sites globally. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain training content and training curricula in compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable life sciences regulations. * Manage the collection of training events/evidence including the completion of required training curricula and the maintenance of Employee Training records. * Serve as an expert resource and/or trainer on Resource Management processes. * Audit Support -- provide requested Training Records and files during customer audits * Participate in developing Standard Operating Procedures to ensure standardization and adherence to resource management policies across functions and sites. * Develop and maintain metrics to optimize performance, productivity and effective resource planning * Experience utilizing adult learning concepts, state-of-the-art training techniques and proven management principles Requirements * Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience * 3-5 years experience in training coordinator role * Experience with managing training curriculum and training records * Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and eLearning authoring applications (e.g. Captivate, Brainshark, Articulate) * Working knowledge of electronic Learning Management Systems (eLMS). * Strong verbal and written communication skills, and engaging culturally diverse groups. * Good presentation skills Nice to Have * Experience utilizing adult learning concepts, state-of-the-art training techniques and proven management principles.
