The Role Veeva is looking for an HR Associate to join our growing Employee Success team. You will play a key role in supporting the infrastructure of the ES function, while maintaining strong relationships with our Business Partners to deliver high-quality services and solutions to our internal clients. The ideal HR Associate will be a detail-oriented, self-starter that can execute with speed, while demonstrating a passion for customer service. Responsibilities * Support the employee onboarding process through the creation of offer letters, tracking offer acceptance, and entry of employee data in multiple HR systems * Manage background checks and I-9 processing for all US-based hires * Process verbal and written verification of employment requests * Liaise between Immigration Partners and ES Business Partners to drive the visa and permanent residency petition processes; * Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, life changes, and terminations * Manage the Leave of Absence process, including documentation and benefit claims

    • Prepare and manage off-boarding documents, separation agreements, and exit interviews as necessary * Support ES Business Partner team on special projects and talent management initiatives Requirements * 2 - 4 years of functional experience, including working within an HR department * Ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, internal cross-functional partners (payroll, equity, IT, facilities), and global ES team members * Experience administering employee programs and initiatives such as benefits, 401(k), and local health and wellness programs * Ability to handle tier-1 employee relations issues in an effective and discreet manner * Strong time management and prioritization skills * Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment * Working knowledge of core HR systems, such as: HRIS/HCM, ATS, and benefits administration Nice to Have * Experience with an employee intranet or employee engagement platform About Veeva Veeva Systems is a leader in cloud-based software for the global life sciences industry.
