    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Digital Banking Specialist will be responsible for supporting the digital wallet and services, including but not limited to Q2 online banking for consumer and small business clients, bill pay, iTalk, mobile deposit capture and CSI research. The position will ensure that digital wallet set up and services are documented and maintained according to Bank policy and procedures. Working under general supervision, this position will provide phone, secure message and email customer support to internal and external customers. The position must be able to deliver a high level of quality service and support.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    • Acts as Subject Matter Expert for our digital wallet, services, and systems.
    • Provides support on our digital wallet for external clients.
    • Provides support on our digital wallet, services and systems to Bank personnel as needed.
    • Works with the branch staff and officers to coordinate and approve enrollments for online banking, iTalk and iPay accurately and timely.
    • Maintains documents, files, and agreements, including document imaging system, as required by Bank policy.
    • Compiles and accurately reports all financial data as required by Management via various output reports.
    • Continually updates job knowledge by studying new product offerings; participating in educational opportunities.
    • Conducts business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
    • May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and guidelines.
    • Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.

    JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous branch banking work experience.
    • Previous digital banking work experience.
    • Knowledge of Banking products and services as well as Digital Banking.
    • Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
    • Previous customer service experience.

    PREFERRED SKILLS; EXPERIENCE; CERTIFICATIONS

    • Jack Henry Silverlake experience

    • Jack Henry RDC, mRDC, RDA experience

    • Account Analysis experience

    • Q2 experience

    • Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)

    • Associates degree or higher preferred
