JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Banking Specialist will be responsible for supporting the digital wallet and services, including but not limited to Q2 online banking for consumer and small business clients, bill pay, iTalk, mobile deposit capture and CSI research. The position will ensure that digital wallet set up and services are documented and maintained according to Bank policy and procedures. Working under general supervision, this position will provide phone, secure message and email customer support to internal and external customers. The position must be able to deliver a high level of quality service and support.
