KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Vice President - This position is within the MSUSA Derivative Operations function as a member of the Middle Office responsible for Muni, Rates, FX and XVA (including credit) derivatives. Depending on need your specific function within Operations you may be responsible for, but not limited to:
MIDDLE OFFICE:
Providing support for trade capture, processing, lifecycle
Monitoring of electronic confirmation platforms
Corresponding with customers in respect of trade queries and details
Prepare daily and periodic data and metrics for reporting and monitoring requirements.
Assist with system implementation and development and propose enhancements to improve ongoing processes
Liaising with the front office organization
Maintain reconciliations between systems
Assist with maintaining Process and Procedure documentation
Assist with testing new product and system feeds
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
BA/BS in Finance or Accounting.
5 - 7 years’ industry experience with at least 3 years derivatives.
Rates Derivative experience preferred
Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skill
