Health Insurance Account Executive (Small Group Sales) Location: Richmond, VA Company: Healthcare Consultants - Experient Health Experient Health, a division of Virginia Farm Bureau is seeking a results driven sales professional. In this role, you are responsible for the sales of small group insurance products to include health, dental, vision, life, short term, and long term disability insurance to businesses. This position is based out of Central Virginia and the surrounding area. PRIMARY DUTIES * Conduct required prospecting, lead generating and sales closing activities for the b-2-b market in assigned territory with focus on small groups (1-99). * Facilitate account service and renewal activities for current clients. * Ensure and enforce agent ethics and compliance in accordance with applicable statues and regulations of the Commonwealth of Virginia Bureau of Insurance. ADDITIONAL DUTIES * Assists with conducting seminars and attending community events * Maintain good communication with the County Boards, District Field Service Directors and VFBMIC Management teams on issues relating to Federation & Insurance programs * Ensure and enforce agent ethics and compliance in accordance with applicable statues and regulations of the Commonwealth of Virginia Bureau of Insurance * All other duties assigned by the Sales Manager and/or Vice President MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent related work experience * Life & Health License (Must obtain within one month of hire) * Previous sales experience MINIMUM SKILL QUALIFICATIONS * Effective verbal and written communication skills * High level of initiative and motivation * Strong work ethic and desire for proficiency * Team orientation * Excellent interpersonal skills * Positive mentality PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Previous sales experience in the Health and/or Insurance Industry
