Walk away at the end of the internship with insight into what it takes to successfully deliver change at scale.
    • Parachute into an active project to up-level accountability and transparency in Visa’s highly matrixed environment. Join forces with ETO leaders to define and implement the incorporation of Matrixed Managers into two key workflows: goal setting and promotions. Gain knowledge and expertise in Visa’s People workflows and systems and have a direct impact on enabling Visa to be bolder and move faster.
